1. 収集する情報

Hiyari Cam はカメラで撮影した写真・動画をアプリ内の保管庫（端末ローカルストレージ）に保存します。写真・動画データは端末外に送信されません。音声付き動画ではマイク音声も動画ファイル内に保存されます。ユーザーが明示的に選択した場合のみ、写真・動画を端末の写真ライブラリへコピーできます。

課金情報は Apple の App Store および RevenueCat を通じて処理されます。Hiyari Cam は購入状態やサブスクリプション権利の確認に必要な情報を参照しますが、クレジットカード番号や銀行口座情報を直接取得することはありません。

現行版のアプリは広告を表示せず、アプリから Google Mobile Ads の初期化を呼び出さず、広告リクエストや UMP の同意フローを開始しません。ただし、アプリには Google Mobile Ads SDK が含まれています。SDK のネイティブ起動時の動作によっては、IPアドレス等から推定される概算位置情報、Device ID（デバイス識別子）、診断情報などが処理される可能性を否定できません。現行版では App Tracking Transparency の許可を求めません。App Store の tracking 回答とSDKによるデータ処理の申告は、production 設定で作成した最終Archiveの privacy report を確認して確定します。

2. データの保存場所

撮影した写真・動画は、撮影時には端末のアプリ内サンドボックスに保存されます。ユーザーが「写真ライブラリに保存」を選んだ場合のみ、選択した写真・動画が端末の写真ライブラリへコピーされます。iCloud バックアップの対象となる場合がありますが、Hiyari Cam の外部サーバーへのアップロードは行いません。

パスコードのハッシュは端末の Secure Store（Keychain）に保存されます。

3. 生体認証

Face ID / Touch ID を使用したロック解除機能を提供します。生体情報はOSレベルで処理され、Hiyari Cam がアクセスすることはありません。

4. 第三者サービス

Hiyari Cam は以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。

  • RevenueCat: サブスクリプション管理
  • Google Mobile Ads SDK: アプリに組み込まれていますが、現行版は広告を表示・要求しません

RevenueCat は購入履歴やサブスクリプション状態の管理に必要な情報を処理します。Google Mobile Ads SDK のネイティブ動作とデータ処理は、最終Archiveの privacy report で確認します。

5. データの削除

アプリをアンインストールすると、保管庫内の写真・動画とアプリ内設定は端末から削除されます。パスコードのハッシュなどKeychainに保存された情報は、iOSの仕様により再インストール後も残る場合があります。アプリ内からも個別の写真・動画やフォルダを削除できます。

6. お子様のプライバシー

Hiyari Cam は13歳未満のお子様を対象としたサービスではありません。13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

7. ポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは必要に応じて更新される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内でお知らせします。

1. Information We Collect

Hiyari Cam saves photos and videos taken with the camera to an in-app vault on your device. Photo and video data is not transmitted outside the device by Hiyari Cam. For videos with audio, microphone audio is stored inside the video file. Only when you explicitly choose to save selected items, photos and videos can be copied to the device photo library.

Billing information is processed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. Hiyari Cam may read information needed to confirm purchase status and subscription entitlements, but it does not directly collect credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment credentials.

The current app does not display ads, call Google Mobile Ads initialization from app code, send ad requests, or start the UMP consent flow. The Google Mobile Ads SDK remains included in the app. Depending on its native startup behavior, the SDK may still process approximate location inferred from IP address, Device ID, diagnostics, or related information. The current version does not request App Tracking Transparency permission (ATT). The App Store tracking answer and SDK data-handling disclosures will be finalized by reviewing the privacy report from the final Archive created with production configuration.

2. Data Storage

Photos and videos are stored in the app's sandboxed storage at capture time. Only when you choose to save selected items are they copied to the device photo library. They may be included in iCloud backups, but Hiyari Cam does not upload them to external servers.

Passcode hashes are stored in the device's Secure Store (Keychain).

3. Biometric Authentication

Hiyari Cam offers unlock via Face ID / Touch ID. Biometric data is processed at the OS level. Hiyari Cam never accesses your biometric information.

4. Third-Party Services

Hiyari Cam uses the following third-party services.

RevenueCat processes information needed to manage purchase history and subscription status. Google Mobile Ads SDK native behavior and data handling will be checked in the final Archive privacy report.

5. Data Deletion

Uninstalling the app deletes photos, videos, and in-app settings from your device. Information stored in Keychain, including passcode hashes, may remain after reinstallation due to iOS behavior. You can also delete individual photos, videos, and folders from within the app.

6. Children's Privacy

Hiyari Cam is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be communicated through the app.
