1. 収集する情報

Hiyari Cam はカメラで撮影した写真・動画をアプリ内の保管庫（端末ローカルストレージ）に保存します。写真・動画データは端末外に送信されません。音声付き動画ではマイク音声も動画ファイル内に保存されます。ユーザーが明示的に選択した場合のみ、写真・動画を端末の写真ライブラリへコピーできます。

課金情報は Apple の App Store および RevenueCat を通じて処理されます。Hiyari Cam は購入状態やサブスクリプション権利の確認に必要な情報を参照しますが、クレジットカード番号や銀行口座情報を直接取得することはありません。

広告表示、広告計測、不正防止のため、Google AdMob SDK がデバイス識別子、広告ID、広告の表示・操作に関する情報、診断情報などを処理する場合があります。トラッキングが必要な場合は、App Tracking Transparency の許可を求めます。

2. データの保存場所

撮影した写真・動画は、撮影時には端末のアプリ内サンドボックスに保存されます。ユーザーが「写真ライブラリに保存」を選んだ場合のみ、選択した写真・動画が端末の写真ライブラリへコピーされます。iCloud バックアップの対象となる場合がありますが、Hiyari Cam の外部サーバーへのアップロードは行いません。

パスコードのハッシュは端末の Secure Store（Keychain）に保存されます。

3. 生体認証

Face ID / Touch ID を使用したロック解除機能を提供します。生体情報はOSレベルで処理され、Hiyari Cam がアクセスすることはありません。

4. 第三者サービス

Hiyari Cam は以下の第三者サービスを利用しています。

RevenueCat は購入履歴やサブスクリプション状態の管理に必要な情報を処理します。Google AdMob は無料版の広告配信、広告計測、不正防止に必要な情報を処理する場合があります。

5. データの削除

アプリをアンインストールすると、保管庫内の写真・動画・設定・パスコードは端末から削除されます。アプリ内からも個別の写真・動画やフォルダを削除できます。

6. お子様のプライバシー

Hiyari Cam は13歳未満のお子様を対象としたサービスではありません。13歳未満のお子様から意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

7. ポリシーの変更

本プライバシーポリシーは必要に応じて更新される場合があります。重要な変更がある場合はアプリ内でお知らせします。

1. Information We Collect

Hiyari Cam saves photos and videos taken with the camera to an in-app vault on your device. Photo and video data is not transmitted outside the device by Hiyari Cam. For videos with audio, microphone audio is stored inside the video file. Only when you explicitly choose to save selected items, photos and videos can be copied to the device photo library.

Billing information is processed through Apple's App Store and RevenueCat. Hiyari Cam may read information needed to confirm purchase status and subscription entitlements, but it does not directly collect credit card numbers, bank account details, or other payment credentials.

For ad serving, ad measurement, and fraud prevention, the Google AdMob SDK may process device identifiers, advertising IDs, ad impressions/interactions, diagnostics, and related information. When tracking permission is required, the app asks through App Tracking Transparency.

2. Data Storage

Photos and videos are stored in the app's sandboxed storage at capture time. Only when you choose to save selected items are they copied to the device photo library. They may be included in iCloud backups, but Hiyari Cam does not upload them to external servers.

Passcode hashes are stored in the device's Secure Store (Keychain).

3. Biometric Authentication

Hiyari Cam offers unlock via Face ID / Touch ID. Biometric data is processed at the OS level. Hiyari Cam never accesses your biometric information.

4. Third-Party Services

Hiyari Cam uses the following third-party services.

RevenueCat processes information needed to manage purchase history and subscription status. Google AdMob may process information needed for free-plan ad serving, ad measurement, and fraud prevention.

5. Data Deletion

Uninstalling the app deletes photos, videos, settings, and passcodes stored by the app from your device. You can also delete individual photos, videos, and folders from within the app.

6. Children's Privacy

Hiyari Cam is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

7. Changes to This Policy

This privacy policy may be updated as needed. Significant changes will be communicated through the app.
